To say that Kathy is a great real estate agent is an understatement! She made it all happen for us and I can't thank her enough! We decided to look around moving to Nashville and then of course found a house we loved that weekend. So things needed to move quickly! We ended not being as in live with that house as we thought we were, but then we found "the one"! Her concern at that point was to find us another property. We were able to find it and with her expertise we made the best offer and secured the property.
