50.1+/- acres just outside of Paris, Tennessee located in the Clifty Creek bottom area. This farm is offers duck, deer, and turkey hunting opportunities for the serious sportsman or the weekend warrior. The farm features a 6-man duck blind overlooking 2 1/2 acres of planted corn to help attract ducks and other wildlife throughout the season. The levee system built around the field provides easy access by UTV or by foot. With the main lake, Big Sandy, West Sandy creek, and other refuges being close by, the harvest rate should reflect from the high waterfowl activity in the area. The farm also has room for additional food plot areas to put in a dove field or maybe bedding/cover areas for whitetail. The large creek, "grudge ditch", runs through the property to provide a water source for wildlife during dry months. On the North end of the farm is a perfect location to park your camper or to build a hunting cabin with all major utilities ran off of Hwy 69. This farm is located approximately 116 miles to Nashville and 150 miles to Memphis. Give me a call to view today! Buyer's agent to do due diligence and verify pertinent information.
